Communications
Small writing, editing and additional services such as newsletters, fliers and brochures, are offered at a flat rate of rate of $75 per hour with two-hour deposit paid in advance, and the balance due upon completion. Larger assignments, such as booklets, manuals and policies and procedures, are charged on a negotiated per-page or per-word basis.

Graphic Design
Our graphic design services such as logo designs, marketing material and website development are offered at a flat rate of rate of $75 per hour with two-hour deposit paid in advance, and the balance due upon completion. Larger campaign assignments, requiring multiple material designs, are provided at a negotiated rate.

Real Estate Services
Real estate, construction and business brokerage services are referred to one of our strategic partners. Although we provide general advisory services at $100 per hour, fees for client representation for leasing assistance, real estate sales and business brokerage are negotiable and generally tied to lease or sales amounts.
