Our ASPIRA-USA Entrepreneurship AcademyTM is a turnkey program to give participants the prerequisite skills and knowledge required to start a business. Our ASPIRA-USA New Dawn--New Day!TM workshops help businesses re-calibrate, re-imagine and re-emerge to succeed in a Covid-19 environment. Our ASPIRA Customer Care AcademyTM teaches participants proven techniques on how to provide superior customer service.
Our instructor-led workforce development workshops are the starting-blocks for those seeking employment. Topics include discussion on how to prepare a resume, how to dress for success and how to master interviews. As an added value, we also review industries with current job openings, proactively making the connection to employers and their hiring professionals.
Our basic skills “boot camps” include “blended learning” opportunities—classroom courses led by instructor and self-paced, web-based tutoring. Many are customized for our clients. However, we maintain an array of online and on-ground course materials on a variety of topics like project management, improving negotiating skills and use of software programs such as Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). These courses are often provided by one of our experienced program partners, using proprietary and sophisticated Learning Management Systems (LMS) to generate analytical data on each student’s progress and course certificates, if needed.
Our customized leadership development courses are specifically designed for middle and senior managers. They are offered in instructor-led workshops. These courses are designed to improve and organization’s productivity and efficiency. Topics include strategic planning, mechanics of management, crisis management, stress management and building an effective team. We also utilize sophisticated LMS tools to monitor progress and provide feedback to participants and their organizations.
Delivery Platform: On-line or on-site classroom instruction with handouts and audio-visual support often utilizing LMS to generate analytics on student progress.

COMMUNICATIONS


ASPIRA-USA offers a vast array of written and visual communications services, including editing, copywriting, website and graphic design, and printing. Through a strategic partnership, our services include hearing-impaired interpreter services.
Effective communications and branding is important for any business. The ASPIRA-USA team is well-versed in this discipline, having served in various communications capacities as corporate executives, consultants and entrepreneurs. Throughout our careers, we have also served as corporate spokesmen, conference speakers and public relations specialists.
We co-developed an acclaimed SUCCESS Symposium and Video Library Series for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and received writing and communication awards from the prestigious International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). Within this service line we specialize in marketing and public relation (PR) services, including branding; media training; communication plans with comprehensive social media campaigns; and writing, editing and developing brochures and journals for mass printing and distribution.
