Tony utilizes his prior leadership positions, and corporate and advisory board experience, to train and assist clients achieve their strategic, operating and financial goals.   He co-develops our training curricula, including our entrepreneurship and workforce development programs.

Dawn is responsible for developing and implementing client marketing and brand strategies, including sponsorships, ad campaigns, and internal and external partnerships, with the goal to increase client revenues.   She is a certified digital marketing professional who will also lead our social media initiatives.

Curtis spearheads client programs related to sports and entertainment marketing.  As a well-known and innovative marketing EVP with BET, Curtis developed ad campaigns, programs and special events involving celebrities and sports figures, who he can call on for future projects.

As a certified economic developer, Lara spearheads our public and private-sector projects that promote economic development in underserved communities.  In addition to economic development and recovery, she has over 25 years of proven leadership and management experience in marketing, collaboration, strategic planning and affordable housing.

Gloria leads our technology training initiatives.  She is an experienced corporate trainer and keynote speaker, who served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Nicole leads our public relations efforts with comprehensive project management, social media, media relations, strategic marketing and communications and event planning experience. She is a former PR Director for the NBA Washington Wizards, becoming the first African American woman to be named PR Director for an NBA franchise.
